The men of the Saint Cloud State University chapter of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity have prepared to once again "Shave For The Cure". This year’s event will take place in the Atwood Memorial Ballroom on November 4, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. The men of Delta Sigma Phi have remained loyal to helping finding a cure to end cancer, and are committed to seeing everyone win. This year’s sponsors are Final Cuts Barbershop and Coborn’s Cancer Center. We are asking for your help, your time, and a generous tax-deductible donation. 100% of the proceeds will go to Coborn’s Cancer Center of St. Cloud, Minnesota.
This is an event that is close to our hearts. Many of our members have seen the impact of Breast Cancer through the eyes of relatives and close friends. Breast cancer strikes more than one quarter of a million women in the U.S. each year, and takes the lives of nearly 40,000 mothers, wives, sisters, and daughters annually. With your time, support, and donation, we can help save a life.
To this end, the men of Delta Sigma Phi are hosting a benefit concert at Saint Cloud State University featuring refreshments, a silent auction, guest speakers, and live music performances. There, you will have the pleasure to watch the stylists of Final Cut Sports Barber Shop (located in St. Cloud Crossroads Mall) shave the heads of the members of Delta Sigma Phi, St. Cloud State students, faculty, staff, administrators, and fellow Greeks. This event is open to all and will be phenomenal.
Finally, if you did not have the opportunity to donate in advance online, you will still have a chance to do so at the benefit concert. This will truly be a phenomenal event for a great cause, as well as a night full of entertainment. We look forward to seeing you there.
Are you willing to go pink? Are you willing to fight this battle with the people of our community? Most importantly, are you willing to Shave To Save?
"You have to fight through some bad days to earn the best days of your life."
